		Suhas Kulkarni Suhas Kulkarni is the President of FIMMTECH, a consulting firm that specializes in services related to injection molding. He is a graduate of the Plastics Engineering Department at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He has 16 years of experience as a process engineer. His main area of expertise is Scientific Processing for Injection Molding. Suhas has taught many training courses on site at the customer and through the SPE. He also teaches at the University of California, San Diego and is a contract faculty at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell..   Vishu Shah Vishu Shah is the President of Consultek. He is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Lowell with Bachelors and Masters Degree in Plastics Engineering. He is also an author of -“Handbook of Plastics Testing and Failure Analysis”, SPE Sponsored book, Used as a text book in many universities. An active member of SPE, his career spans more than 30 years in Plastics industry. As a Consultant and Expert Witness, he has worked extensively with companies throughout the world and with many Law firms in the area of failure analysis. He has been instrumental in conducting the Plastics Engineering Certificate program at Cal-Poly Pomona .   Robert Launsby Robert Launsby is president of Launsby Consulting in Colorado Springs, Co.  Mr. Launsby is the co-author of four books:     -“Understanding Industrial Designed Experiments”     -“Straight Talk on Designed Experiments”     -“Process Validation” for Business Success     -“DOE for Injection Molding” Bob has trained thousands of people in various techniques including experimental design, process control, FMEA, concept selection, design control, process validation, fuzzy control, Design for Six Sigma, and QFD .
